Zeppole Project

zeppola et al: Zeppole comes from the word zeppelin. Zeppole means fried "puffs".
zeppole are donut/fritter. deep-fried; savory or sweet. we've been doing a bit of research. these guys often include yeast(basic dry or instant); seriouslygood. weread on and find recipes that are like basic biscuit dough tossed into hot olive oil; then others: flour; white wine; no leavening.... this new project might require more muse; don't they all.
