substitute Egg Beaters for whole eggs?For recipes, use Egg Beaters as follows:4 whole eggs = 1 cup Egg Beaters1 whole egg = 1/4 cup Egg Beaters1 egg white = 2 tbsp Egg BeatersHard-cooked Egg Beaters?Preheat oven to 325º F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with PAM No-Stick Cooking Spray. Shake and pour 1 cup Egg Beaters into dish. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes, or until just set in center. Cool, then chop into cubes to make egg salad. Or, cut into squares to be used to make sandwiches.
OMELET (Microwave) 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese1 jalapeno pepper, chopped1 med. onion, chopped2 containers Egg Beaters1/2 red pepper, choppedMicrowave vegetables on high (700) power for 5 minutes in microwave-proof dish such as a quiche dish. Add cheese and eggs. Microwave on high for 9 to 10 minutes or until set.
