FR I ED WATER

i remember gran 'making something outof nothing'. backthen there was actually more of nothing 2 work with. we all make endsmeet for various reasons. we don't orderin here@ 101::: we cook stuff: veggies (fresh, frozen and canned); fish (usually canned); meat (yes, pork, chicken in teeny doses); and of course:: 'processed' delights i.e. hellmann's mayo, instant anything, bisquick, and various other 'nonfoods'. our roi is pretty good.
today we fried water. water 'fused' with realcheap solidifier
s. ancient onion powder works; as does ancient any dry food that is in granular form or can be ground to a 'flour'.
we might add 'secret ingredients' that some might eschew: bisquick and hellmanns mayo. a soupcon of these guys provide just enough fat and rising agent. no matter how much liquid we use (ratio is 5:1) we get crisp lacy fried water. .e
dible and not bad looking. def to be continued::: fried water

instead of butter, I used mayonnaise in the pan –since mayonnaise is really lots of oil, it makes for a great butter/oil substitute in cooking).
