::: made them; they are an accidental success. maybe barefoot will provide a recipe (if she can still write). here's the deal: barefoot is challenged. the sitcom languishes::: ohohoh these little guys are actually based on 'impossible pie' recipe. this is what (i think) she did:
Impossible Lentil Carrot 'Pie'
1/4 cup bisquick
1 large egg
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 tbsp (or more) milk or other liquid (really)
1/2 to 3/4 cup braised lentil puree (carrots, lentils, onion, garlic and beet poison)

Grease pie plate (this is up 2 u:: it's really not necessary). Sprinkle filling ingredients (meat and/or vegetables and cheese) into pie plate.
Beat base ingredients until smooth, 15-30 seconds in a blender, or 1 minute on high with a hand beater, or 2 minutes by hand. (i whipped everything with a fork)
Pour into plate.
Bake approx. 25-35 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.

note: this pie is so compact a 'knife insertion in center' is not necessary. it will be done when it looks done.
Cool 5 minutes. 1 to 4 servings.
