all of us are resourceful. we make a wacky spice cake; eat it with bare paws; callitaday.

Wacky Spice Cake (02may06)
1 1/2 cups ap flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cloves

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup cold water***
1 teaspoon baking soda
6 tablespoon oil (?)
1 teaspoon vanilla)
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Stir with wire whisk. You can also use a beater, but you don't have to. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Frost with vanilla frosting.

Hint: When making cupcakes or frosting cake, consider putting the frosting in the middle; it's much easier to eat!
