neon pink does work. in lieu of opiates, i use asian-inspired pancakes in neon pink.if you have no time to make pancakes; ...find someone who does. I suggest you make them your own self; they have a good ROI.
Alternative: send pink phalaenopsis orchids to someone; if orchids are not available, send pink gladioli or pink anything. if it glows in the dark it might be neon.
